Wren is so much like her mother Amarie. We can't help but see Amarie's old expressions when Wren looks at us and cocks her head like she's really trying to understand what we're saying. Her mother did the same exact thing. And she is just as smart as her mom. Maybe even a little bit smarter. Of course, when it comes to athleticism, Wren is our super jock. She'll fetch a ball out of the pond all day. She got her coursing ability level 1 title back when she was younger but now does mostly swimming to stay fit. It's better for older dogs and with the Florida heat, it's an activity she can do for hours and we don't have to worry about her getting over heated.

It takes Wren a little longer to warm up to strangers  but once she does, they get to see the affectionate side of her that is so special. She's the only one of the house dogs that gets to sleep with dad. She loves having her belly rubbed first thing in the morning. She'll let you do that as long as you want. No better way to get your day going then getting a big corso kiss from Miss Wrenny!
